I recall a long time ago the argument being running these sticks at 1.65 volts for extended periods was sooner or later going to be a problem.....either for the RAM or Reset the CMOS? I tried reordering the RAM too. 1 stick, 3 sticks, all of them. i removed the mobo from the case, still the looping restarts. navigate here
