I think!I'm calling it a night... An incomplete installation, an incomplete uninstall, improper deletion of applications or hardware. If you do this you should get a different error code, 7F I believe which indicates no memory present.
Could a Rosewill 550 watt power supply handle this? You said the ram worked in a previous build, so I am guessing you did get another bad motherboard. EDIT: Updated the BIOS with the latest EVGA has. If my testing can't determine what's wrong, I'll RMA the PSU.Also: When I tried using my RAM in the second set of slots, the system rebooted spontaneously every few seconds. Very disappointed in EVGA to say the least.
