I also have VB6 installed, and there the OCX imports fine. After drag and drop, under Project->References the wrapper is not available. There is a KB about this issue at microsoft and supposedly a hotfix. You can not post a blank message.

Suja, I am not able to delete the Bin and Debug folder when VS IDE is open as Application.vshost.exe exists and it throws "Access denied error". Then drop the control again. Besides that I am not a windows user, but I have to work right now in a windows machine. Rebuil Your Project (The DLL will be copied) Re-Drag and Drop the component and now, it'll work. Registered the ocx 2.

I am using Flash 8 with licence. You will get an error message and press OK. This config file basically tells AxImp where to find the AGI.STKUtil.Interop assembly. I then uncommented these references, and i was off to the races.
