I send the crash reports to Apple, but they say it is not my computer it is a Family Tree Maker 2 for Mac issue. The reports are hit and miss. Since the names or location of the media files have not changed, not sure why this occurred. My Mac version 1 FTM was working just fine over this past year. It is inexcusable to sell software that doesn't work, and to post that the problems are fixed on your blog when you know that they are not resolved. The last two months have been dedicated to solving this issue, which seems insolvable. An update to my last post on failed synch between ATM and FTM.
